You’ll join from home or the office, with live instruction, group discussions, and full support throughout the course.

How You’ll Be Assessed

Throughout the course, you’ll take part in interactive exercises and online activities. At the end, there’s a formal assessment. If you pass, you’ll earn a CITB SMSTS Certificate – valid for five years and recognised industry-wide.

2. Zoom & Course Materials
Two days before the course (or straight away if it's short notice), you’ll get your Zoom link and access to your digital course materials.

3. Pre-Course Checklist
You'll receive a quick online form to complete before the course starts. It's essential – without it, you may not be allowed to attend.

4. Be On Time!
Each day kicks off at 8:30 AM sharp. Please be punctual – late arrivals might not be admitted.

5. Bring ID
You’ll need valid photo ID (like a passport or driving licence) for verification purposes.

6. Attendance & Final Exam
You’ll need to attend every session and complete the end-of-course assessment to earn your certificate.

After the Course

• You’ll get your result by email within one working day of finishing.
• Your certificate will follow within 14–21 working days, sent straight to your inbox.
• Please plan accordingly if you're starting a new job soon – certificates take a little time to process.
